After months and months of patience, the stars aligned and we are on our way. We are learning to trust a new boat and rediscovering the magic of cruising. Happy days!!!
Wow. What a downpour you got before departing. Then howling winds! But, alas, the sky is blue, the winds are fair, the crew is prepped and ready. Cast off! Watch for dolphins and other marine life. Drop a line or two. Who knows what you'll catch? Steady on the rudder. Keep an eye out for floating debris. Have a cup of coffee, or maybe a little "Jack Sparrow rum". Save some for me! (It's OK if you ate all the Easter eggs, though I wish we'd been there to see some of the designs.) We'll be watching, and looking, and waiting for the glorious sight of your vessel approaching. Tell the Captain, the first mate, and the crew that we love them.
